Plant Propagation Air Layering Pod – Reusable Rooting Box

Propagate your favorite plants with this convenient Plant Propagation Air Layering Pod. Designed to support the traditional air-layering method, this reusable rooting box allows roots to develop on a selected branch while it remains attached to the parent plant.

The pod creates an enclosed area around the branch for rooting medium, helping provide the conditions needed for new root development. Once sufficient roots have formed, the propagated branch can be separated and transplanted according to appropriate air-layering techniques.

Ideal for a variety of indoor and outdoor plants, the propagation pod can be used with roses, climbing plants, shrubs, fruit bushes, fruit trees, and plants that may be more challenging to propagate through conventional cuttings, including magnolias and camellias.

Built-in interlocking closures and securing points help keep the pod positioned around the branch. The durable PP plastic construction allows the rooting box to be cleaned and reused for future propagation projects.

Under suitable growing conditions and depending on the plant variety, root development may be visible within approximately 6–8 weeks.
